We are often a little caught off gaurd by two things in our business:
- When we start, we are so excited about our idea that we think everyone is just going to sign up and buy straght away...
THEN we start and realise that's not how it works, we have to network and market
- We work towards a goal, thinking "when we make $X" everything will be smooth sailing... We'll feel confident/calm and we won't have any problems

You're always going to be navigating a rollercoaster of emotions throughout your career...(Some small and some big rollercoasters)
This is why at EVERY stage of business, you need to know how to navigate and regulate your emotions
Because how you feel is making you show up in a certain way and that creates a certain experience for your audience on the other side
What do I mean by this?
If you feel insecure about yourself and your offer... the probability of your message being watered down and vague is high
The person reading will then feel confused and unsafe to buy
What we really want to learn to do throughout entrepreneurship is to activate CONNECTIONS
Connection to ourselves
Connection to our offer
Connection to our potential clients
Connection = Feeling emotions of purpose, confidence, love, excitement, etc.
And it doesn't have to be hard to feel connected
Connection can be felt with small mental shifts
